H.E.R Code "Win a $500 Voucher" Instagram Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Details
This promotion ("Promotion") is conducted by H.E.R Health Group Pty. Ltd. (ABN 55 684 264 177) of Suite 1, Level 1, 80 Dorcus St, Southbank, Victoria, Australia 3006 ("Promoter").

2. Promotional Period
The Promotion commenced at 12:00am AEST on 18 September 2026 and closed at 11:59pm AEST on 24 September 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period were not accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • The Promotion was open to Australian residents only.
  • Entrants must have been at least 13 years of age. Entrants under the age of 18 required the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter.
  • Entrants must have held a valid, public Instagram account to enter and to be eligible to receive a prize.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and any agencies associated with this Promotion, were ineligible to enter.
  • By entering, entrants warranted that they were eligible to enter and that all information submitted was true and accurate.

4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants were required to, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Follow the H.E.R Code Instagram account, @h.e.r_code; and
  2. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the nominated competition post.

Multiple entries were permitted; however, each entrant may only be awarded one (1) prize. Entries that did not meet both entry requirements above were deemed invalid and excluded from the draw.

5. Promotion Type
This Promotion is a game of chance. The winner is selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period, in accordance with clause 6.

6. Draw Details

  • The draw takes place on 25 September 2026, conducted electronically using a random comment-picker tool, at the Promoter's principal place of business (Suite 1, Level 1, 80 Dorcus St, Southbank, Victoria).
  • One (1) winner is drawn at random from all valid entries.
  • The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, including the validity of entries and the selection of the winner, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize
The prize consists of two (2) gift cards, each valued at $500 AUD (total prize pool value: $1,000 AUD):

  • One (1) $500 H.E.R Code gift card for the winner; and
  • One (1) $500 H.E.R Code gift card for the winner to gift to a friend of their choosing.

Gift cards are redeemable against H.E.R Code products only, via her-code.com.au. Gift cards expire six (6) months from the draw date (25 September 2026), being 25 March 2027. Any unused balance after this date will be forfeited. Each gift card is valid for one (1) transaction only; any unused balance remaining after a single transaction will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future purchase. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be transferred for value, and are subject to availability of stock at the time of redemption.

8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by way of a public tag/comment on the competition post on the @h.e.r_code Instagram account within 2 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being notified to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw to select a new winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure by the winner to receive notification.

9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority, and accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.

10. Privacy
By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (including name, Instagram handle, and contact details) for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the winner. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at her-code.com.au. Entrant information will not be used for any other marketing purpose without further consent, and will not be disclosed to any third party except as required to conduct the Promotion.

11. Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provided their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.

12. Governing Law
This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
