Shipping & Returns Policy
We ship H.E.R Code products Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.
Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post using a tracked service. A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order - we are unable to take responsibility for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrectly recorded address.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order will be held and dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

International Orders
We ship to a range of international destinations via Australia Post. All rates are listed in AUD. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are based on Australia Post’s metro-to-metro estimates for pre-cleared items. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
International delivery timeframes vary by destination and are subject to local customs processing. In some cases, customs clearance may take up to 30 business days or more. Please check your tracking number and contact your local customs office before reaching out to us regarding international delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country prior to placing an order. Regulations governing the importation of dietary supplements vary by country and are subject to change. H.E.R Code does not register its products with foreign regulatory bodies and makes no representation that its products comply with the import requirements of any specific country.
In the event that an order is held, seized, destroyed, or refused entry by customs authorities, H.E.R Code will not be liable and no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority or regulatory body before placing an international order if you are unsure whether our products can be imported into your country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are outside of our control. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

Returns
Change of Mind
We want you to feel confident purchasing H.E.R Code. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at orders@her-code.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note:
- Products must be returned unused and in their original, sealed condition to be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
- Refunds are processed excluding original shipping costs.
- Sale items are not eligible for return under this policy.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at orders@her-code.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subscription Orders
If you have purchased H.E.R Code on a subscription basis, the following conditions apply:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. Cancellations can be managed via your account portal or by contacting us at orders@her-code.com.au.
- If a subscription order has already been processed and dispatched at the time of your cancellation request,
that order cannot be cancelled or refunded under our change of mind policy. Future scheduled orders will be cancelled from that point forward. - Subscription orders that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped are subject to the same
conditions as one-time orders (see above). - We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will be
communicated to you by email prior to your next billing date.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at orders@her-code.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
- Once approved, return the item(s) to the address provided, using a tracked service.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
